All payments are subject to verification and approval by the institution.

Online payments are processed through authorized payment gateway service providers.

The institution does not collect or store sensitive payment information such as:

• Debit Card Numbers
• CVV Numbers
• UPI PINs
• Internet Banking Passwords

Such information is processed directly by the payment gateway using secure encryption technology.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate student and payment information.
• Verify payment details before submission.
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
• Retain transaction receipts for future reference.

The institution shall not be responsible for payments made using incorrect student details or incorrect fee categories selected by the user.

Payment Confirmation

Upon successful completion of payment:

• A transaction reference number will be generated.
• A payment acknowledgement will be displayed.
• A receipt may be generated through the portal.

Payment confirmation may be subject to banking and payment gateway verification processes.

Failed or Incomplete Transactions

If payment is debited but confirmation is not received:

• Transaction may be under bank processing.
• Reconciliation may take 5–7 working days.
• Failed transactions are generally reversed or refunded automatically by the respective bank.

Users should avoid making duplicate payments without checking transaction status.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, if applicable, shall be governed by the institution's Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The institution reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on applicable rules and regulations.

Limitation of Liability

Godavari Foundation shall not be liable for:
