Shipping & Delivery Policy

Payment of Fees

Godavari Foundation provides an online facility for students, parents, and authorized users to pay educational fees through secure payment gateways.

Payments may include:

  • Tuition Fees
  • Admission Fees
  • Examination Fees
  • Hostel Fees
  • Bus Fees
  • Other Institutional Charges

Payment Confirmation

Upon successful completion of a transaction, the payer will receive:

  • On-screen payment confirmation.
  • Transaction reference number.
  • Digital payment receipt generated by the institution.

The receipt may be downloaded immediately or accessed through the student portal, wherever applicable.

Service Delivery Timeline

Since this website facilitates online fee payments and does not sell physical products, no shipping is involved.

After successful payment:

  • Fee records are generally updated instantly.
  • In some cases, updates may take up to 24–48 working hours due to banking or payment gateway processing.
  • Students are advised to retain the transaction reference number and payment receipt for future reference.

Failed Transactions

If an amount is debited from the payer's account but the transaction status is not updated:

  • Banking and payment gateway partners may take 5–7 working days to reconcile the transaction.
  • Successful payments will be reflected in the student account after reconciliation.
  • Failed transactions are generally refunded automatically by the respective bank or payment gateway as per their policies.

Refunds

Refund requests, if applicable, shall be governed by the institution's Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Approval of refunds is subject to institutional rules, regulations, and applicable laws.

Security

All online payments are processed through secure payment gateway partners using industry-standard encryption and security measures.

Godavari Foundation does not store sensitive payment information such as debit/credit card numbers, CVV details, UPI PINs, or internet banking credentials.
