Cancellation Policy

Orders/services can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payment made by the customer
• Service/product not delivered due to technical issues
• Valid cancellation request within allowed time

Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be initiated within 3–5 working days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

Physical products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
